International Deliveries

We primarily deliver to the cardholder’s address as provided during the checkout process. This ensures the security of your purchase.
Commercial Property:
Alternatively, we can deliver to your work address, provided it is a commercial property. This option is ideal for those who prefer receiving their orders at their place of employment.
Arranging an Alternative Address:
If you wish for your order to be delivered to an alternative address, you must arrange this prior to placing your order. Please contact our customer service team at support@otic-audio.co.uk to discuss and confirm any changes to the delivery address.
Our primary goal is to provide a seamless service that results in customer satisfaction. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately, there may be occasions where this time frame may not be met due to unforeseen circumstances; in this instance, we deliver product/s as soon as we can. All delivery charges are included within the prices quoted, unless otherwise specified.
