We are pleased to offer free delivery on orders over £250 within the UK. Our trusted partner, DPD, handles all UK deliveries to ensure your purchases arrive safely and on time.

  • Tracking: All orders are fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak periods (we do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays).

  • Orders Under £250: For orders under £250, a standard delivery fee will apply, calculated at checkout.

International Deliveries

For our international customers, we offer reliable and fast delivery services via Royal Mail. Please note that some brands are not available for international delivery.

Delivery Address

Cardholder’s Address:

  • We primarily deliver to the cardholder’s address as provided during the checkout process. This ensures the security of your purchase.

Commercial Property:

  • Alternatively, we can deliver to your work address, provided it is a commercial property. This option is ideal for those who prefer receiving their orders at their place of employment.

Arranging an Alternative Address:

  • If you wish for your order to be delivered to an alternative address, you must arrange this prior to placing your order. Please contact our customer service team at support@otic-audio.co.uk to discuss and confirm any changes to the delivery address.

Our primary goal is to provide a seamless service that results in customer satisfaction. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately, there may be occasions where this time frame may not be met due to unforeseen circumstances; in this instance, we deliver product/s as soon as we can. All delivery charges are included within the prices quoted, unless otherwise specified.
